The Board is seeking Contractors to provide General Contractors Services for Interior Finishes across its 61 facilities. The Contractor shall furnish all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to execute interior finishes across various Owner facilities. Work is limited to non-structural interior components. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, base-building structure, and exterior envelope are excluded.
