Description: 

The Board is seeking qualifications from experienced and qualified Design-Build teams for the design and construction of a new French-language Catholic secondary school in Milton, Ontario. The Project is intended to be delivered using a Design-Build project delivery model under CCDC 14 – 2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract.

This RFSQ constitutes Stage 1 of a two-stage competitive procurement process. The purpose of this Stage 1 RFSQ is to identify and shortlist the respondents that are best qualified to deliver the Project, having regard to their relevant Design-Build experience, team qualifications, financial capacity, safety record, and overall ability to successfully undertake a project of this scale and complexity. In accordance with the evaluation and selection provisions of this RFSQ, the Board intends to shortlist up to three (3) highest-ranked respondents to proceed to Stage 2.
